We run Local Services Ads, Google PPC, and Meta campaigns for home service contractors. Every campaign is measured by cost-per-booked-job — not impressions, not clicks, not "leads" that never pick up the phone.

How paid-ads pricing works on this page — read first.

Every paid-traffic engagement has three separate line items. They don't overlap, and we never mix them on an invoice.

  1. Setup fee — one-time, paid to Zema Digital. Covers the build (tracking, landing pages, account architecture).
  2. Management fee — monthly, paid to Zema Digital. This is what you pay us to run the campaign. It does not include your ad budget.
  3. Ad spend — monthly, paid directly to Google or Meta. This is your actual media budget. We never touch this money; it goes through your own ad account on your own card.

Example: PPC at $600/mo management + $2,500/mo ad spend means you pay us $600 and pay Google $2,500. Total outlay: $3,100/mo. Not $600.

Local Services Ads (LSA)

Google Guaranteed. Pay per qualified lead.

LSA runs above the map pack and charges you per lead — not per click. We manage the badge verification, dispute the bad leads (you don't pay for misfires), tune keywords, and keep your response-rate green.

Google Search Ads (PPC)

The high-intent traffic channel when LSA can't carry the load.

PPC is where you catch "emergency AC repair 2am" and "burst pipe who's open now" searches. We build campaigns around problem-based intent, not broad-match trade keywords that burn your budget. Conversion tracking plugs into the booked-job number, not just a form fill.

Brand demand, offer-driven promotions, and retargeting.

Facebook/Instagram doesn't win on intent, but it wins on awareness, seasonal offers (spring tune-up), and retargeting everyone who visited your site or called but didn't book. The cheap channel to keep your brand warm in the neighborhood.

FAQ

What contractors ask.

Should I start with LSA or Google Search Ads?
Almost always LSA first. Lower CPL, pay-per-lead instead of pay-per-click, and the Google Guaranteed badge lifts conversion rate by itself. Add PPC once LSA is maxed out or to cover emergency/problem-based searches LSA misses.
What ad budget should I plan?
For most home service contractors: $1,500–$3,000 for LSA, $2,500+ for PPC. Facebook runs cheap at $1,000. We model realistic cost-per-booked-job for your trade and market before you commit.
How do you dispute bad LSA leads?
Daily review of every lead. For each non-qualified lead (wrong service, out-of-area, spam, asked-and-ghosted after confirming), we file a Google dispute with the call recording. Typical credit rate is 20–35% of raw spend.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Always. We build and manage inside your Google Ads and Meta Business accounts. If you ever leave us, everything walks with you.
