Service — Organic SEO

Pay only when we rank.

Traditional SEO retainers charge whether or not you hit page one. We flipped it. You pay by Google position — so we only get paid when your rankings show up in the place they actually produce leads.

How it works

  1. Setup (one time, $1,000). Keyword research, technical scan, on-page fix list, content briefs, and target-position map. You approve the keyword list before anything goes live.
  2. Execution (included, no monthly retainer). We build content, links, schema, and fix technical blockers. You are billed nothing during this phase.
  3. You pay when a keyword ranks. Billing starts only the month a target keyword hits its first paid position (#10 or better). Rate is set by the position it's holding that month — so if it climbs, you pay more; if it slips, you pay less.

Why this beats retainer SEO

  • No 6-month "patience phase" where you're paying $2K-$5K for nothing visible.
  • Our incentive is locked to yours: we don't get paid until you rank.
  • You can start, stop, or reshuffle keywords any month. 30-day rolling.

Pricing by position

Monthly rate per ranked keyword, set by the Google position it holds that month.

PositionPer keyword / mo
#1 — top of page one$244
#2$210
#3$186
#4–#5$170
#6–#7$152
#8–#10$122
Page 2 or lower$0

One-time setup: $1,000. No monthly retainer. Pay only when a keyword sits in positions #1–#10 that month.

FAQ

Common questions.

What happens between setup and the first ranking?
You pay nothing. Most contractors hit their first paid position between month 3 and month 6, depending on competition. You'll see progress in the monthly report before billing starts.
How do you verify position?
Third-party rank tracker with daily checks across desktop, mobile, and geo-targeted to your service area. We pull a screenshot record and attach it to each invoice. You can also verify independently — we recommend it.
What if a keyword is #3 one month and #7 the next?
You'd be billed $186 the month it held #3, and $152 the month it held #7. If it drops off page one entirely, $0 for that month.
How many keywords should I target?
Typical home service contractor starts with 8–15 target keywords. We shortlist with you on the growth call — the goal is to pick the phrases that actually produce booked jobs, not just volume.
Is this for local or national SEO?
Both. Most contractors want trade-and-city combos (local). Multi-market operators and service-area businesses use us to rank in multiple metros simultaneously. Same pricing structure either way.
